Well, I don't think that the ... the Central Bank, in a situation where a new regulatory structure was set up, should not have been deeply involved in the regulatory process. In terms of the overall data that was being supplied to enable financial stability reports to be developed, that was considered adequate to enable a view to be taken on financial stability but the Central Bank was no longer regulating financial institutions.
