Mr. John Hurley:
The situation in relation to the detailed lending within the individual banks would have been dealt with directly by the Financial Regulator in dealing with the individual institutions. The overall reports coming to ... through the financial stability reports from the Financial Regulator would have been the basis on which those reports were done, but the detailed information in relation to the individual banks would have been gone from the Central Bank when the Financial Regulator was created.
