Well, they were because you were trying to test the systems against a particular level of shock. Now we know that there's no test that would have enabled us to cope with the shock that emerged. There was no test anywhere that would have enabled us to deal with that. This ... the crisis that emerged across the world, the globe and in the financial sector generally was way beyond stress tests. No stress test was able to measure for that.
