Mr. John Hurley:

I think it's very unsatisfactory and I accept the substance of what you're saying but, unfortunately, that was the position and that is the situation in relation to the influence of markets in the world at the present time. I think, as a result of this crisis ... and a lot of reflection has got to be done on that particular issue ... it strikes me that the influence of these decisions on governments across the world has been very, very severe and, through that, the impact on populations has been very significant. So, I think that there's a ... there's a very significant point there, that really has to be dealt with in the context of the reconfiguration of how the financial sector is going to be dealt with.
