Can I go to Vol. 1, page 212, and it's specifically, it's a memo ... it's an e-mail from the Department of ... from the Central Bank to the Department of Finance, and it states, "Following our telephone conversation, the following are the points (in very rough form) the Governor would like to make if asked about a Special Resolution Regime." That's dated 9 July 2008. Was a special resolution mechanism regime considered?
