Mr. John Hurley:

These were ... these were options that were being considered. The immediate action that was taken on this was in the context of the stress test. There were stress testing exercises earlier in the year. If I remember, I would have got a report on the stress testing exercises and one of the conclusions was that there was too quick a movement to a guarantee in the context of the stress test. So when I came along and came back to the bank on 17 and 18 September, that would have been the reason for my view on the 18th, that I'm not recommending a broad guarantee now, that I'm, I'm urging caution in relation to this.
