I thought the decision that the Taoiseach announced was clear. Now, I do accept that there was moving in and out of the room, so I can't actually say who was in the room at the particular time but, in my view, the decision ... the Taoiseach's decision ... the Taoiseach's announcement of the decision was very clear, so I don't understand-----
