All of those came together in that year, the subsequent year, and the two very big issues would've been the approach taken to Greece and the stop-go approach to Greece and the difficulties with the Greek problems, and I think markets got very frightened about that.

Then, the whole idea, as I mentioned earlier, about the Deauville declaration. That particular declaration I thought very ill-advised at the time and caused a great deal of difficulty. So despite the fact that so much work and action had been taken, a lot of it was undone by events that had nothing to do with this country.
