No, because what really happens is that in the systemic crisis that we had ... the scale of the crisis that we had ... the books and the manuals were extremely useful as a backdrop and bringing people up to speed, to a certain level of speed. But the nature of the crisis was so different ... the all-pervasive nature of the crisis was so different and the risks that were emanating from the crisis for the system entirely, that clearly they were ... there were not manuals for that crisis.
