Mr. John Hurley:

I think my memory, because I was on the end of a phone in Frankfurt and I wasn't there at that particular ... my memory is that there were misgivings about putting capital into Anglo Irish Bank at that time, particularly in relation to some of the issues that had emerged. The Minister was concerned about that, and I feel that, as a consequence, that was one of the ingredients in the deferral of the decision and the changing of the outlook.
