No, there was ... there was a plenary meeting in which the state of the markets was discussed. In that plenary meeting, there was an initial discussion on the options. There was no final decision at that meeting. After that meeting, there was a meeting with the banks. After the meeting with the banks, there was a further major plenary meeting at which the final decisions were made. And in the course ... and that includes all of the details ... and in the course of the meeting, not the press release or anything like that ... just the decision ... what is the decision? At the end of that meeting the Taoiseach sought the views of everybody and what the decision was and then after that, there was a further discussion with the banks.
