Does the audit team look at not just the financial accounting but also the controls and processes? And for a financial institution isn't the lending policy a core area, or not, of the institution? And if you have four out of every ten loans being issued that is outside of the lending policy of the institution, is it or is it not an issue that an auditing team should be picking up that there is so much lending taking place that is outside of the credit policy of the institution?
