Can I just start by taking, for example, the Ulster Bank Ireland Limited financial statements for 2007 and 2008, which were audited by Deloitte and provided an unqualified, independent audit opinion? In hindsight, knowing now what you know about the bank and the issues that it was facing, would you still say that those accounts gave a true and fair view at that time?
