But obviously the members of the CIF ... well we would have been aware of demographic forecasts from the CSO, from economic and demographic forecasts indeed from the ESRI or the Department of Finance and the Central Bank. So obviously there was ... there was, if you like, a shared pool of information that we would feed off, and that would drive our confidence that construction activity and housing activity should continue at a high level.
