The mere happening of a good period in the market, such that there is no objective evidence of impairment, causes you not to be able to make an impairment provision, and some will argue that the mere continuation of a benign cycle means that you must be getting closer to some sort of a downturn in the market, and that pro-cyclicality element in accounting standards-----
