Well, they would've been judged on, I suppose, you know, what sort of work I had done over the past year. I mean, I did a lot of presentations around the country for different parts of the organisation and so it would've been an assessment as to, I suppose, how hard I was working to meet customer needs. In terms of treasury, of course, I was part of treasury and treasury was judged on the basis of its profitability.
