I think it's very difficult to answer.

I think Ireland, in many ways, had a first mover disadvantage, in that ... in the sense in the eurozone, we were the first country to really come out with ... of a severe banking crisis and the attitude now of the European Commission, the ECB ... lots of things have been put in place which didn't exist in the autumn of 2008.
