The only time I came close to this was in 2004 when we did a major exercise on the property book, looking at the demand for houses in the greater Dublin area over the ... up to the 2010 and the likely supply. And I remember we hired consultants to work out every site that would come on the market over that period and as part of that I was closer to the property people and I remember asking ... being told that the book was very well diversified, that they had the top ten risks were only a low percentage - I can't remember what it was - of the lending. So as far as I - and I wasn't involved, I didn't have that interaction with any other part of the bank. So as far as I was concerned, things looked relatively okay.
