Oh, Senator, I just couldn't offer a view on that. Our relationship was with the Central Bank and that's as far as it went. I have no idea what conversations the Central Bank would have had with the ECB on these matters. I would add, that the ECB at that juncture, I don't think, had a regulatory responsibility for banking. It had a monetary responsibility across the eurozone. I don't think it had a regulatory responsibility.
