I move amendment No. 35:
In page 15, between lines 33 and 34, to insert the following:“or
(d) where appointed under subsection (3)(d)of that section—(i) if he or she ceases to be an employee of the Health Service Executive, or
(ii) at the request of the Director General of the Health Service Executive.”.
