I want to welcome Mr. Trichet to Ireland and can I just ... a couple of points on the bailout. The letter that you sent to Minister Brian Lenihan on 19 October 2010, and then the follow-up letter that you sent subsequently on the ... sorry, 15 October was the first letter and the follow-up letter of 19 November 2010, where you effectively requested the Irish government to seek a bailout, is a complete change in tone, Mr. Trichet. What was the reason for that change in tone? And if the Deauville Declaration had not happened, would Ireland have ended up in a bailout?
