That you, Mr. Trichet. The committee will be following up its own work with the ECB with Mr. Vitor Constâncio as well in the coming period. But if I can deal with some of the matters we would like to touch on with you this afternoon, can you tell us as to when you, maybe, have determined that there were issues with the Irish banks and at what time did you speak to anyone about this in Ireland's Central Bank or the Irish Government?

And, added to that, can you tell us what, if any, controls were in place at an EU-ECB level to draw official attention to the rapid increase of funding in Irish banks in the years leading up to 2008?
