We are looking at the forms. The carer's allowance forms might be modified to be more in line with the domiciliary care allowance, DCA forms. We also acknowledge that this is happening and that it is happening on the basis of allowing enough time to try out the form that have been changed and ensure there are no unanticipated problems.
