I dealt with a case recently in which the doctor was providing very little information. I suggested that the person get all his information from the hospital. under the freedom of information regime. I went through it, pulled out relevant letters and those were enclosed with the application. Some doctors are not really coming up with the goods and yet they are getting paid for it, which is not satisfactory.
