I reiterate that the Department does not require people to submit any special or exceptional reports in order to qualify for disability payments. As Dr. Singh stated, we want people to complete the standard form as comprehensively as possible and to include on it all relevant the clinical information from their doctors. Doctors receive a special fee for that report.
