I make a distinction between my obligation as the managing director, which was to manage the business of the division within the group policies. So that's one thing. My failing, more so, is that I was part of the group management committee and that was the group that was responsible to review all policies and in that respect, I certainly didn't raise a doubting voice and I fell down there.
