Well the board, I mean, you are aware, Deputy, because you are on the committee, we've discussed it at PAC ... We didn't think ... we originally thought it didn't make sense. We had a discussion with yourself and other colleagues on the PAC about it and the board has reconsidered it and we ... and the board has adapted a performance metric which we will publish in our annual report at the end of May, once the Minister approves it.
