It is for the banks to answer that question. To us it doesn't seem to be that if you knew that debtor X had borrowed €1 billion from you, and if you knew that he had borrowed another €1 billion from bank B, that you would be looking at him with the same level of creditworthiness as you would if he was just borrowing from you.
