Are Irish banks reformed? Have they new people? The property fixation that you've mentioned, you know, do they know about high tech, aviation, pharma, start-ups, small and medium enterprises? I mean when NAMA's gone in a few years time will Irish banks be reformed so that they don't need it to be re-established in, say, five years after that?
