Thank you, Chairman, and thank you to the two witnesses. Mr. McDonagh, I'd like to just briefly, with a couple of short questions, return to your work in September 2008 with the NTMA. I think you mentioned earlier, before we broke, that the NTMA was called in to advise the Department of Finance in September '08?
