Mr. Joyce referred to traditional farming practices and how destocking undermined that position. The beginning of the problem was the removal from eligibility of land that had been destocked. Traditional farming practices changed and the whole landscape changed in many areas. As part of a way of resolving this long-term, would restocking help to claw back part of land eligibility?
