I am sure everyone around the table here would love to buy that property, which must be worth nearly €5 million at present. It is the site which is valuable and not the piece of property itself, which is an old warehouse. However, no one had the option. It was not public knowledge. No one was offered it. For some reason it was decided that this particular band should be offered it behind the scenes and without a proper procurement policy being followed. It was done in a very secretive fashion. Why was it that way? Is that the way business was done? This is what is described in special report No. 77 and in the report by Professor Brennan. Deals were done behind the scenes. Is this not what we are trying to get away from all the time?
