I asked him to do a series on the builders, which was subsequently turned into a book, on what they own, what they get, how much they are worth, what they do, the sites they own, the sites that are undeveloped. He did that, not once but twice, during the boom and after the boom, on who owned Ireland. I would regard that as investigative journalism. Nobody else did it and it was done by Mr. Frank McDonald.
