We will continue our consideration of the following EU proposals: COM (2014) 749, COM (2014) 750 and COM (2015) 45.

COM (2015) 45 is a proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EC) No. 1007/2009 on trade in seal products. The text has European economic area relevance. It is proposed to note this adopted measure and that it does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.

COM (2014) 749 is a proposal for a Council decision on the acceptance of the amendments to the 1998 Protocol to the 1979 Convention on Long Range Transboundary Air Pollution on Persistent Organic Pollutants. It is proposed to note this adopted measure and that it does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.

COM (2014) 750 is a proposal for a Council decision on the acceptance of the amendment to the 1998 Protocol to the 1979 Convention on Long Range Transboundary Air Pollution on Heavy Metals.
