I suppose if one lashed out against the construction industry then the Construction Industry Federation would get on to one, or perhaps the editor, to complain about the treatment that was being meted out. I know that various property developers, over the years, made representations to editors ofThe Irish Times in regard to what I was writing. I continued on and I did not feel intimidated. I was never personally threatened by anybody.
