I thank the Governor for coming before the inquiry following our invitation to him on receipt of his recent correspondence to us. The deliberations of the committee will continue into the nexus phase, at which time we may engage with the Governor again. I thank the Governor for his consideration, engagement and the time he has given to the committee to date.

I propose that the committee go into private session to deal with a number of matters. Is that agreed? Agreed.
