In his presentation, Professor Farrell quoted the Art O'Leary briefing note on Oireachtas committees and the functionalities they can continue. To reframe Deputy O'Donnell's question on which committee is the best, is Professor Farrell aware of examples of situations in which some committees engage with the roles and responsibilities better than others?
