Mr. Simon Carswell:

I think it is in there, yes. It was certainly played out. When people want to apply pressure in this kind of very official correspondence, they do not say, "If you do not go into a bailout I am going to pull your money or I am going to start increasing your costs". Obviously, the Government gets the correspondence and looks at it and says, "What can he do here? How can he increase the pressure on the Government to accept the terms of an EU-IMF bailout?"
