At that time there was the issue of solvency, particularly with regard to Anglo Irish Bank and Irish Nationwide Building Society and obviously for the other banks as well. Given the fact that they were considering nationalising Anglo Irish Bank, clearly that gave some indication of issues with solvency. There is a very narrow edge between liquidity and solvency in terms of a rapid run on liquidity. In Mr. Carswell's investigations, did the issue of solvency arise?
