I thank the Comptroller and Auditor General. I am conscious of that as well but, following today's hearing, I am doubly convinced that one issue is the model upon which the OGP bases its work, that is, price only, versus the most economically advantageous, but another that is important is how the OGP analyses its own target and performance. If we do not get a piece of work done fairly urgently, this new office, which will not always be new, will take root and establish a rhythm of working, an outlook and a set of precedents to which, unfortunately, it will wed itself and be loyal, and it will be like trying to turn, dare I say it, RMS Titanicif we leave it too late. I do not know whether we can do it here but we need to figure out what we are doing and what is the tightest timeframe.
