No. The work I did on the proposal for a national asset management agency was delivered on Friday, 20 March 2009. I am trying to think when it commenced, I know I met the Minister in late January, so it was shortly after that. It was the most intensive piece of work I have done in a 40 year career. It was done within the National Treasury Management Agency building - they kindly provided me with a room and coffee. Both were required.
