I note to Deputy Phelan and Mr. McWilliams that the entry of late information into an inquiry towards the close of a session is not usually how we go about our business. We usually inform witnesses before coming in. I would not expect Mr. McWilliams to deal in detail with documentation presented at the end of a hearing.
