I certainly do think so, and I am fond of making the point that if we were to have a property tax, we ought to tax all property not simply the property that the ordinary Irish man or woman might own. The property tax as it stands only applies to the family home. Why discriminate against the family home as a form of property? Let us tax property across the board.
