Before we hear from our witnesses, I want to discuss EU legislative proposals that are before us. It is proposed that the proposals listed in Schedule B - COM (2014) 613, COM (2014) 614, COM (2014) 690, COM (2014) 695, COM (2014) 696 and COM (2014) 697 - do not warrant further scrutiny.
