It is because I made a mistake. I thought at that stage that house prices had turned the corner, they were coming down gradually, and I thought the odds were we would have a soft landing. I was completely wrong. It was not because anybody told me. I actually went back and checked. Nobody was telling me what to do. It was my choice, and I made a mistake.
