We have work under way which is referred to as the strategic framework in land transport. It is a long title for work that has a simple but important objective, which is trying to understand the level of funding we should have in place to support the current level of road infrastructure and to have the ability to expand it in future. The phrase used by economists to describe this is "steady state equilibrium", which is how much money is needed to fund what we have.
