They should send in a special examination force, they should challenge the values reported to make sure they can be justified, they should try to figure out as I have said the value of the taxpayer's stake in the firm and try to collect value for the taxpayer. Ideally, one should just say that much of the so-called profit actually belongs to the taxpayer.
