The ballistic question has been answered but I wish to go back to the centralised system. There is not a whole lot of work to be done to change the current system to a centralised one. It is really not that difficult. The current firearms Act does not require a team from the Attorney General’s office to fix it. All it requires is willingness and the ability to create a team to do it. That would be a huge boon to the whole system and for everybody involved in it.
