On the issue of gender, Senator Bacik is right in some respects in that it tends to be male dominated, but it is not by design of the sport or the organisations. I am employed by a hunting organisation and the dynamic tends to be somewhat different there. It is fair to say that there would be fewer women in it. However, it is a changing dynamic and more women are coming into the sport every week. If we consider some other European countries, in Sweden, for example, 15% of the hunting population are women. It is a pretty tough sport in which to be involved in those conditions.
