Mr. Keogh mentioned the competitive edge a self-loading rifle provides. Where does that come into competitive shooting? If somebody is aiming at a target and firing single shots, is there a timeframe involved? I expect that each time a shooter reloads a single shot rifle, it will be just as accurate as a rifle that automatically reloads. Will Mr. Keogh explain how the competitive edge blends into this?
